Excellence in Medicine Tract Award
This award is intended for high school graduates who have been able to show
exceptional academic achievement with a focus on health and/or healthcare
with a minimum requirement of volunteer time at a medical institution.
Applicants for this award would require an official letter from their
volunteer supervisor stating the amount of hours volunteered. The
winner of this award will receive an official plaque, a chance for special
recognition at the APSIH 2008 Award Ceremony and a maximum of two hundred
dollars gift certificate for use in purchasing school related material.
